Annual training is mandatory for businesses with 20 or more employees
In order to support employee training, the law of October 3, 2022, containing various provisions related to work, imposes on employers who employ at least 20 workers or more, the obligation to develop training plans.
For the moment, employers who employ fewer than 20 workers are exempt from this obligation.
The employer is free to choose the training included in their training plan.
The training sessions must take place outside the workplace.
